Use the form below to reach the people who write and edit Munich Tourism Guide. It goes to a monitored inbox, and we answer most messages within a few working days. There is no autoresponder and no mailing list — writing to us does not subscribe you to anything.
What we are most useful for
- Corrections. The single most valuable thing you can send us. Tram 19 rerouted, a Christmas market moved off Marienplatz, a museum’s Sunday admission changed, a beer garden closed for good. Please name the guide and tell us what you saw, and where — we will check it against the operator and fix the page.
- Gaps in the coverage. If you went looking for something on this site and it was not here, that is worth telling us. Several of the guides on the site exist because a reader asked.
- Press, research and permissions. Requests to quote or reproduce material, and questions about how we sourced a particular figure.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, as described in our privacy policy. Say “privacy request” in the subject line and it gets routed accordingly.
What we cannot do
We are not able to plan individual itineraries, book anything on your behalf, intervene with a hotel or tour operator, or advise on visas and entry requirements. For a booking problem, the operator is the only party who can help; for entry rules, the German Federal Foreign Office and your nearest German mission are the authoritative sources. We do not accept sponsored posts, paid links, or guest articles, so pitches of that kind will not get a reply.
Send a message
If the form does not work for you — some corporate networks block it — say so through any other route you have and we will find a way. We publish no direct email address here because it is scraped within hours, but every message sent through this form reaches a real person.
